XTAO desired state

Non-secret desired state for Traefik, Uptime Kuma public status, Forgejo edge stack, Secret Agent, Edge Reconciler, Backup Controller, application services and the password-authenticated LAN-only Paseo service on xtao-ai.

Secret values are referenced by KDBX paths only and are not stored here.
